Consequences

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any benefits derived (eg interest) surrendered. 6.1 Delivery takes place within the FRG with the Post or DHL.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment may be made by advance payment, cash, bank transfer, debit card / direct debit, PayPal.

7.2 A right of set off is available only if your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by us.

7.3 You may only exercise a lien, if the claims from the same contractual relationship.

8. Retention of title

Until full payment the goods remain our property.
