1. Scope

For all deliveries of isoproQ Ralf-Reinhard Krecht to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these Terms and Conditions (GTC).

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor its independent vocational activity may be attributed.

3. Offers and Contracts

3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order dar. errors.

3.2 By clicking the button [Order], enter a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Withdrawal

4.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.



You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline expires - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receipt of the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 draft Law, as well as our duties according to § 312g, paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any benefits derived (eg interest) surrendered. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Not parcel things are picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins with the declaration of revocation or the thing for us with their receipt.

End of withdrawal

The revocation does not apply to distance contracts
- The supply of goods that are made after customer specification or
- Are clearly tailored to personal needs or

- Spoil quickly or
- Whose expiration date has passed.

4a. Return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal

Make use of your legal right to cancel (see cancellation policy), you have to pay the regular cost of the return if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the item to be returned by not exceeding 40 euros, or if you are at a higher price have rendered the matter at the time of the revocation yet the return or a contractually agreed part payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery takes place within the FRG with the Post or DHL.

6.2 Specification of leadtime on the product page.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment may be made by advance payment, cash, bank transfer, debit card / direct debit, PayPal.

7.2 A right of set off is available only if your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by us.

7.3 You may only exercise a lien, if the claims from the same contractual relationship.

8. Retention of title

Until full payment the goods remain our property.
